Shown below, a page of Deb's Shh...'s (on a suggestion by Jesse Kahn), and the guidelines to writing non-cursive letters, that Deb is working with both left and right hands.
One of the thoughts prompted by the Shh... exercise was to note what else was going on, during the day for each entry, e.g., mood, weather, etc.
