Review two process books. Choose from the (online) design thesis directory. Then find the process book. The most recent years are in gray archival boxes, by year; most earlier documentation is in three-ring binders. If you can't find what you're looking for, ask instructor.
One of the two projects should relate either thematically or formally to your own topic. Reviews should consider the following:
- clarity : can you get a sense of the what the project was, from its documentation?
- completion : does it include thesis statement? different iterations of the statement? student's self-evaluation?
- process : can you get a sense of the student's process, or how he/she learned as a result of that process?
- advice : did the student leave advice to seminarians of later years (i.e., yourself)?
One page each. Do not post on blog, but bring to class (due Wednestday 19 November).
We will not consider process books of Carey and Yuzwak from the Spring 2014 semester.
Why?
To take advantage of the recently catalogued thesis library. To consider how we should best proceed with our own process books.

Loved the exhibitions you saw this year? Hated them? Feel excited, conflicted or confused by the visiting artists you met? This is an opportunity for you to voice your responses and hear from staff, visiting artists and students about how the programming was designed and experienced.
Montserrat Galleries' TAKE20 crew is taking over Contemporary Cocktail, by offering the campus community the opportunity to reflect, dissect and respond to the exhibitions and visiting artist programming on campus this semester.
